What is your hourly rate?

Our standard rate depends on the clerk working on your file, and that rate is applied across all service types. Retainer tiers are priced based on a set number of hours at this rate. Per-project work is quoted as a flat fee based on estimated complexity.
How and when do you invoice?

Retainer clients are invoiced at the beginning of each month. Per-project clients are invoiced upon delivery of the first draft.
A 25% deposit is now require prior to the commencement of any work. The remainder is due upon delivery of the first draft. Any late payments, if not agreed upon prior to the signing of the agreement, may be subject to interest.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfer and direct deposit. Details are included on every invoice.
Do unused retainer hours roll over?

On the Essential tier, up to 2 hours roll over to the following month. Unused hours beyond that do not carry forward. Higher tiers are structured around consistent usage — if your volume consistently falls short, we can recommend a lower tier.
