Getting Started
How do I get started?

Fill out our contact form at steelelegalsupport.ca/contact with as much detail as possible about your practice and your needs. We respond within 2 business days with a proposal or a recommendation.
What happens after I submit the contact form?

We review your submission and send you a tailored proposal. Once you approve, we send you our Work Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, and Statement of Work for signature. Once signed, you provide the necessary materials and we get to work.
How long does onboarding take?

For retainer clients, onboarding takes approximately 48 hours from the time agreements are signed. For per-project matters, we can begin within 24 hours of receiving the signed agreement and all required materials.
What materials do I need to provide?

This depends on the matter. Once we receive your contact form, we will send you a specific requirements checklist so nothing is missed and we can start efficiently.
