How do you handle confidentiality?

Every client engagement begins with a signed Confidentiality Agreement. All client materials are handled securely, never shared with third parties, and treated with the same professional obligations that govern legal practice in Ontario.
Are your clerks certified?

Yes. Steele Legal Support is founded by a Certified Ontario Law Clerk, and all clerks on our roster hold recognized law clerk credentials. We do not place uncertified clerks.
Are you LSO compliant?

Yes. All work is carried out within the authorized scope of a law clerk's practice, under the supervision of the lawyer of record, in compliance with Law Society of Ontario requirements.
